According to relevant rules regulated by government, Ministry of Finance of China reopened the issue of 2022-6 Book-Entry Treasury Coupon Bond (ISIN: CND10004T201). This issuance has been completed. The auction was announced on 18/04/2022 and conducted on 27/04/2022. The relevant results are published as following:
- Planned issue amount is CNY 85 bn. Actual issue amount is CNY 85.19 bn.
- The interest commencement date, coupon rate of this reopening of issue are the same with original issue. Thus the interest commencement date is 24/03/2022, and coupon rate is 2.80%. The interest will be repaid annually on Mar 24th each year (following business day). Its principal and last interest will be repaid on 24/03/2029. The issue price determined by auction is CNY 100.14, with annualized yield of 2.82%. The reselling of the Bond begins after the completion of auction and ends on 28/04/2022. The Bond will be listed and traded on 05/05/2022 together with the bonds previously issued with issue amount of CNY 73 bn.
